I secured 2nd position in the merit list. I further submit that my father is a petty clerk in Punjab State Electricity Board. The entire family banks upon him alone. My expenditure on the other side is very large. So I request your good self to sanction me a loan of 3 Lacs. I assure you to return the amount as per conditions given in the advertisement.
